Privacy
What I collect, why, and what I do with it — in plain words.
The short version
I collect the minimum I need to reply to you, book a session with you, or give you access to the Members Library. I don’t sell or share your details with anyone for marketing. I don’t track you around the internet. If you want your details removed, ask and I’ll do it.
What I collect and why
When you send an enquiry — your name, email, phone if you give it, and your message. So that I can reply.
When you book a session — your name, email, and anything you choose to tell me beforehand. So that the session can happen, and so I can send the confirmation and the video call link.
When you join the Members Library — a username, your email address, and where you’re working from if you tell me. So that I can approve your membership and you can sign in. If you tick the box, I’ll also use your email to tell you when new resources are added — a few times a year at most, and you can stop that at any time.
What happens in supervision stays in supervision. Notes I keep about our work together are held separately, are not stored on this website, and are governed by the supervision agreement we make together.
Where it’s kept, and who else touches it
Your email to me lands in my Microsoft 365 mailbox. Session bookings are handled by Microsoft Bookings, which is part of the same account. Member accounts for the library are held on this website, which is hosted by Crazy Domains. The resources themselves live in my Microsoft OneDrive and are shown to you through this site.
Enquiries from the contact form on my main site may travel via a form-delivery service (FormSubmit) on their way to my inbox; it passes the message on and does not keep a copy for me.
Each of those providers has its own privacy policy. None of them is given your details for any purpose other than getting your message, booking or library access to work.
How long, and your choices
I keep enquiry and booking emails for as long as we’re working together and for a reasonable time afterwards, then delete them. Library memberships stay active until you ask me to close yours, or the library itself closes.
You can ask me at any time to see what I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can unsubscribe from library updates with one email. None of this changes how I treat you.
Cookies
The main site uses no tracking cookies. The Members Library sets the cookies it needs to keep you signed in, and nothing else. There is no advertising, analytics or social-media tracking anywhere on either.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, or you’d like your details changed or removed, email me at [email protected]. I reply to everything, usually within one business day.
