Members Library
A shelf for the work you’re already doing
Frameworks, reflective tools and practical guides for peer workers — and for the people who hold and lead them. Free to join.
What this is
Over the years of supervision I’ve built up a set of things I keep coming back to — the prompts that open a conversation up, the one-page tools that help make sense of complex work, the frameworks that give a peer worker something solid to stand on. Some grew out of sessions with peer workers; others out of the questions organisations ask when they’re genuinely trying to do this well.
They live here rather than on the open web because they’re working documents, not publications. They make more sense in the hands of someone doing the work, and I like knowing who’s using them.
What’s inside
The library is arranged in six sections, one for each kind of resource on the Resource Library page. It grows steadily — usually because someone asked a question that deserved a better answer than I could give on the spot.

How joining works
1
Ask to join
A username and your email address. No fee, and no obligation beyond using what’s useful.
2
I say hello
I approve each request myself, usually within one business day. Less about gatekeeping, more about knowing who’s in the room.
3
The shelf opens
You’ll get an email with a link to set a password. After that, sign in any time and download whatever helps.
Come in
Your details are used to give you access and, if you choose it, to let you know when something new is added — a few times a year at most. They’re never shared with anyone else. The privacy statement says the same thing at more length.
“I consider myself to be a very fortunate gardener — I work with and nurture the potential in a range of people, and success looks like them thriving.”
— Liz Asser
Not what you were after? The Resource Library on the main site has a couple of pieces you can download without joining, and the booking page is there if you’d rather talk.
