What this is<\/h2>\n\n\n

Over the years of supervision I’ve built up a set of things I keep coming back to — the prompts that open a conversation up, the one-page tools that help make sense of complex work, the frameworks that give a peer worker something solid to stand on. Some grew out of sessions with peer workers; others out of the questions organisations ask when they’re genuinely trying to do this well.<\/p>\n\n\n

They live here rather than on the open web because they’re working documents, not publications. They make more sense in the hands of someone doing the work, and I like knowing who’s using them.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The library is arranged in six sections, one for each kind of resource on the Resource Library page. It grows steadily — usually because someone asked a question that deserved a better answer than I could give on the spot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
